But let’s find out the recipe for making fried rice with winter vegetables-

Ingredients: Two cups or half a kg of polao rice, one cup of chopped chicken, two tablespoons of capsicum, one tablespoon of carrot, two tablespoons of Barbati, one cup of tied coffee, one tablespoon of garlic paste, two tablespoons of onion. Four to five green peppers, two tablespoons of soy sauce, a little pepper powder, half a teaspoon of ginger paste, two eggs, the amount of oil, salt to taste.

Method: Boil vegetables other than capsicum in a pan. When it is half cooked, take it down and drain the water. Now half boil the rice in another pan and add water. Marinate for 30 minutes with chicken, ginger paste, garlic paste, and soy sauce.

Heat oil in another pan and fry the marinated meat. Give those oiled onions. Then fry with capsicum in oil for a while. Then stir in all the vegetables and the amount of salt. After a while, break the egg and mix it with the vegetables.

Now add chicken and raw chilies and add half boiled rice and black pepper powder. Stir for a while and take it down. You can also add small shrimp or beans to enhance the taste of the food.
